ALPHA

Alpha is a 10 week course consisting of a series of talks that address key issues relating to the Christian faith. There is a meal together at the beginning of each session, which gives people a chance to get to know each other. After each talk we divide into small groups to discuss the topic of the evening, ask questions and express opinions. Listen, learn, discuss and discover.

Alpha is for everyone, especially:

• Those wanting to investigate Christianity
• New Christians
• Newcomers to the church
• Those who want to brush up on the basics

There is no charge for the Alpha course, although you are asked to make a donation towards the cost of the food.

There are more than twenty four thousand Alpha courses running in churches of all denominations around the world. Crofton Parish usually runs two Alpha courses a year - an evening course during the Autumn and a daytime course from April to June.
